Mounted on a sliding slide and moving by hand-wheel to perform steps of tensioning according to parallel lines to the length of the blade
The pressure of tensioning is adjustable by a special lever and it gets controlled on a graduate ruler 
Anvil and hammer for levelling of incidental imperfections
