Cubic metres from 30 up to 200 The internal carrying structure is composed by uprights and modulate trusses completely in alloy aluminium, suitable to withstand corrosions present in drying cycle. It is covered externally by sandwich panels in embossed aluminium with isolation polyurethane. COVERING Covering panel sees an easy and safe assembling on the prefabricated structure. Its conformation in 5 Greek frets per linear meter warrants a high stiffness and resistance. Expanded polyurethane isolation and special conformation of lateral joints warrants a perfect thermal insulation between internal and external sides. Its facing is in aluminium in both sides. Its colour is “Siena red”. Proper blockings and fitting will be supplied ( caps, hexagon auto-threading ) FRONT DOOR OF LOAD BOOK OPENING Front door is compose by flexible shutters, with the same wall panels materials; each shutter is contained in a profile of aluminium. The zippers climbed on anti-seizing friction bearings with pivots in stainless steel, multiple closing gears are external. The watertight gaskets are in a special profile and are an integral part of the structure of the door. FRONT DOOR OF LOAD WITH HYDRAULIC LIFTING Hydraulic lifting of opening system permits to lift the whole front door and make it transfer on the right or left and place it on the other front door. The loom is entirely in aluminium. The front door presents some adjustable brackets for lifting and some lateral Teflon rolling beatings to assure a better thermal-right. Rubber gasket with balloon profile. Thickness of panel is mm 80 to make an easier transfer of it. INSPECTION DOOR Inspection door is built with the same characteristics of the front doors. It has an internal anti-panic handle which allows to be opened also from internal side, in closed block. Thickness of door is usually of mm 98. FANS The Fans are composed by a special endorser that permits to get an equal output in the two rotation senses and a high prevalence. The motors are tropicalized in F class with high isolation, protection IP 55 suitable to withstand high temperature and high moisture (100%). Fans are managed by variator of frequency (inverter) that selects right quantity of air speed, according to the wood to be dried. CONTRA-CEILING A contra-ceiling in Greeked aluminium (for the resistance to the vibrations) is installed between the fans zone and the piles of wood to have a correct air flow. It extends all over the cell surface, leaving a sufficient space to the ventilation in the two sides of cell and some adequate spaces for maintenance working. DEFLECTORS Some deflectors are mounted in the contra-ceiling, so that the ventilation air passes through the piles (desiccation zone) and avoids useless ventilation in alternative runs. RADIANT BATTERY FOR HEATING Exchanger of heat, in stainless steel pipe with aluminium fining, is suitable to resist to acids present in cell. The study results of the battery and its way of transmission, in our profile, allows a rapid growth of the temperature in very cold zones also. It is equipped with 3 ways motorized valve for regulation of entrance-exit of hot water. It is controlled by the microprocessor. AIR RETURN Expulsion of present humid air from the cell happens by stainless steel chimneys positioned in the superior side of the roof. Thanks to our new technology, this expulsion process is quicken, to keep from humidity stagnation. They are activated by motorized servomotor rolling shutters controlled by the microprocessor. Its special system of anchorage to cell allows to have no water or snow infiltrations inside. HUMIDIFICATION (double system) Humidity increasing in cell, required in some phases of the process, it comes through atomising high power nozzles which will are placed over and under the radiant batteries in a clever way to avoid blocking of cycle and able to destroy bigger water molecules which, otherwise, would go to dampen the essences. The quantity of water to atomise is calculated according to the size of the cell. Hot water is used in this phase, with anti-limestone system. NEW REGULATION AND CONTROL SYSTEM The regulation and control system is equipped with microprocessor, able to check automatically the cycle of desiccation, from the start of the process up to the arrest of the system. The system is equipped also with an amplifier of signals (digital transmission) that can be placed at a maximum distance of mt.500. The revelation of damp of the wood happens by probes (up to 6) situated inside the cell. The value of each point of measure is visualized on the display, pressing a special key, as well as the middle value of management of cycle. The value of the air temperature in cell is visualized throughout the cycle. The system is equipped with 18 resident programs created and checked out for the management and control of each type of wood essence, for which a technical chart is supplied, as well as with 30 programs at disposal of the operator for free programming. As optional we can supply a special electronic kit for managing a drying cell complex (up to 16) by a personal computer, and a modem to which thank management is support at distance.
