PLANT FOR PRODUCTION OF SEMI-WORKED FOR PALLETS OF LITTLE DIAMETERS
Introcuction
The plant is qualified for working little logs of diameter minimal mm 100 mm to a maximum 350mm.
Feeding table (logs loading) for prismatic machine, unit of cutting (prismatic) for making prisms, line of facing prisms, introducer into the multirip saw and twin-shaft multirip saw for production of semi-worked with conveyor roller motorized for unloading form lines for working little.
All the line is combined together through motorized rollers.
Main Technical features capacity
• Logs diameters can vary from 100 mm to 350 mm.
• Logs length can vary from 2000 mm to 5000 mm.
• Output of medium diameter of 250 mm can acheave to 20 m³ / hour (in optimum machines conditions and sharpened tools)
• Twin-shaft multirip saw with height max 180 mm
• Line completely hydraulic
Current conditions of the plant
Regards to state of the machines, we visually could verify the good conditions of the machines, which can work. In the close future they are going to be inspected in operation.
Main Conditions of supplying
The plant will be disassembled by skilled technicians and loaded on your means of transport.
On customer’s request, we can supply technicians for assembling and testing of the plant. The machines are provided in the state they are. On customer’s request they can be provided revised with guarantee, after making offer for this.
Description of the plant:
Line of load for feeding little logs into line of cutting.
The load is formed by load tank at 4 shoulders, which is started by motor-reducer that drives pulleys –chains and conveys the logs pile towards the line of prismatic.
Singularizator near the table of prismatic formed by motorized ramp and chains and semi-lunar for entrance of logs, one by one.
PRISMATIC 2004
The prismatic machine 2004 makes working logs of diameter min 100 mm to max of 350mm. It is equipped with soundproof console operator and television camera at closed circuit for watching line of load and semi-worked products going out.
Technical features of prismatic machine 2004 twin-shaft ( 4 saws )
• Diameter saw 550 mm on two shafts
• Power electrical motors 42 kW/cad.
• Length between min. 1000 and max mm 500
• Minimal diameter 120 mm
• Maximal diameter mm 350 cm
• Bench of entry is equipped with logs-turners for positioning log to cut
• Nr. 4 saws of mm 500 whose nr. 2 upper and nr.2 lower
• Bench of exit equipped with divisors of prism and slab
• Carpet for collecting slabs
CROSS CUTTING MACHINE FOR PRISM MONO-SHAFT
The machine works for cross-cutting the prisms which come from the line for prism.
In exit, it has nr. 03 stops (beatings) by measures set up previously ; they can be moved according to the length desired.

*** N.B. In case the length of prisms didn’t need cross-cutting because the log is cross-cut and selected before working in the prismatic machine, the machine would travel the prism up to multi rip saw.
TWIN-SHAFT MULTIRIP SAW
The multirip machine at twin-shaft saw makes production from prisms to semi-worked desired.
In entry the machine has introducer with pushers for adjustment of prism to the stop (beating).
In exit, it is equipped with roller motorized with transfer chains for storing the semi-worked produced.
