PLANT FOR PRODUCTION OF SEMI-WORKED FOR PALLETS OF LITTLE DIAMETERS

The plant is qualified for working little diameters of logs from mm 100 to 350 maximum.
The line is composed with a in-feeder (logs loading) to the prismatic machine, cut-unit (prismatic) for making prisms, complete with motorized roller for prisms-unloading.

Main Technical features capacity
• Logs diameters can vary from 100 mm to 350 mm.
• Logs length can vary from 2000 mm to 5000 mm.
• Output of medium diameter of 250 mm can acheave to 20 m³ / hour (in optimum machines conditions and sharpened tools)

The load unit is composed by a load-tank at 3 shoulders, which is started by motor-reducer that drives pulleys –chains and conveys the logs pile towards the line of prismatic.

Singularizator near the table of prismatic formed by motorized ramp and chains and semi-lunar for entrance of logs, one by one.

The prismatic machine PGS2004 makes logs of diameter min 100 mm to max of 350mm. It is equipped with drive console.
