Headrig

Headrig and plinth in cast iron structured to assure maximun steadiness and to avoid vibrations. The flywheels balance are assembled on shafts  Ni-Cr-Mo reclamed that rotate on heavy bearings at swinging rolls.

Carriage Bongioanni Mod. CMB with electric headblocks
 
Built in heavy steel sections and cast iron fusions that allow to make up heats and vibrations. Equipped with electric head-blocks  tele-commanding singly or simultaneously. Control at distance of all operations of centring and gripping.

Characteristics of the carriage:  
-n° 04 head-blocks with max opening of gripping mm. 1600
-Electronic divisor of thicknesses with programme touch screen
-Automatic shifting of the carriage in return stage
Commands next to the headrig with advancing lever and general switchboard
-Advancing of carriage, with cable traction, driven from hydraulic moto-variator 
-Hydraulic Nigher for turning logs
