Second hand shredder for wooden scraps

Ideal grinder for medium-sized joineries.
It is a machine for grinding scraps of joinery's wood with a humidity min./max. 8-17%. Grounded waste can be sucked in thanks to the appropriate mouthpiece provided and conveyed together with chips in the suction systems.
It is based through the operation of a roller equipped with special knives. A material containment hopper is attached to a mechanical block equipped in a pusher drawer operated by a hydraulic control unit. The product to be grinded is pushed accordingly towards a roller that causes it to shatter. The final size of the ground material is determined by a special grid

The knives-holder roller to which the reversible knives are attached and sharpenable with a spiral system that allows the entire width of the roller to be covered during processing;
The grill is fixed after the roller of the fire holder and ensures a homogeneous grind that is ideal for briquetted;
A very well-built compact gearmotor with oil bath ball bearings attached directly to the roller;
The hydraulic control unit complete with an electric motor and a hydraulic cylinder connected to the sliding drawer that powers the fire roll;
The suction mouth fixed after the grill of the kives-holder roller ensures an adequate suction of the minced produced.
